5 Steps for Marriage Registration

Step 1: Book an Appointment at the Australian Embassy

• – Scan your passport and send to us by email
• – We will inform you of all details needed by email

Step 2: Apply for the CNI

• – Pick you up from the hotel to the Australian Embassy on the appointment date
• – Re-check all documents and CNI application form
• – Apply for the CNI at the embassy (approximately 2 hours)
• – Send you back to the hotel

Step 3: Translate all embassy-issued documents into Thai language

• – The notarized CNI will be translated into Thai language by a certified translation service provided by VisaThai

Step 4: All documents certified at Ministry of Foreign Affairs

• – We will submit the notarized affidavit and Thai translations to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on your behalf

Step 5: Have the marriage registered

• – We will pick you up from your address and take you to the district office (or Amphur) to have the marriage registered. We also prepare the interpreter and witness as requested by the district office. After the marriage registration is complete, we send you back to your address with a small gift from us.
