What information is collected?

VisaThai does not collect or store any information that is not voluntarily and deliberately shared with us through one of the mediums found on our Contact or Appointment page. For any personal information provided to VisaThai, we take the utmost care of storing the information on a secure server. Personal information will be stored for a period of not less than 24 months. If you have provided personal information and wish to have it deleted, please contact us with the subject, “Delete My Personal Information”, and include your name, phone number and email address in the body of the email. VisaThai does not sell nor use personal information for any other purpose than providing service to the individual who provided the personal information.

The VisaThai website may use third-party services such as Google Analytics to measure the effectiveness and proper functioning of the website. Third party services may collect and store non-identifying information such as, but not limited to, the type of device used to access the website, the date of a website visit and the load time of a page on the website.
